BBC TV presenter Komla Dumor has reportedly died suddenly at his London home at the age of 41.
According to reports, Dumor, who was born in Ghana and was a presenter for BBC World News and its Focus on Africa programme, is thought to have suffered a heart attack.
After a decade of journalism in Ghana, Dumor joined the BBC as a radio broadcaster in 2007.
Ghanaian President John Dramani Mahama said on Twitter that his country had lost one of its finest ambassadors.
"Our nation has lost one of its finest ambassadors. @BBCkomladumor was a broadcaster of exceptional quality and Ghana's gift to the world."
