Premier League Predictions - Week 34

Crystal Palace v Aston Villa [Saturday]

Palace don't have to worry about relegation anymore, they have been outstanding of late. Credit to Tony Pulis.

They are at home against Aston Villa a team that is struggling for form. They will be disappointed if they don't win this game.

Villa will have to fight and play well if they are to get anything from this game, they have been shocking in their recent games.

Prediction:2-1

Fulham v Norwich [Saturday]

Two struggling teams, both looking like they will go down at the moment.

Fulham, a team that has been playing in the premier league for a long time may be relegated at the end of the season.

Fulham really can't afford to draw or lose any of their remaining games if they want to avoid relegation. I don't see them winning their remaining games to be honest.

Norwich just appointed a new coach, at this stage of the season, it certainly looks like a huge gamble. I don't believe it will pay off, if it does, then, Norwich is one lucky team.

Prediction: 1-1

Southampton v Cardiff [Saturday]

Southampton  tried against City last weekend but City were just too powerful for them in the end.

Cardiff won't be as strong as City, but it won't be easy. I expect Southampton to win but it will be tight.

Cardiff can't afford to be dropping points, but Southampton will be too powerful for them.

Prediction: 2-0

Stoke v Newcastle [Saturday]

Stoke have been playing well of late but they were poor against Chelsea. . I expect them to play better against a poor Newcastle side.

Newcastle have been terrible for some time now, i don't expect them to pose any threat against Stoke.

Prediction: 2-0

Sunderland v Everton [Saturday]

Sunderland's coach said they would need a  miracle to stay up, that is quite correct. They have played less games than others but they don't look like a team capable of winning two games in a row at the moment.

They need to play better against Everton if they want to have that miraculous survival.

Everton will have to beat Sunderland if they want to finish in the top four, if not, they will hand the fourth spot ticket back to Arsenal.

Prediction: 1-1

West Brom v Tottenham [Saturday]

West Brom are slightly better of than other struggling teams, they still need some points to ensure their safety.

They are at home against Spurs, they have to get something from the game. A loss might put them in trouble.

Tottenham will believe they can win against West Brom, but i don't see that happening.

 Prediction:1-1

 Liverpool v Man City [Sunday]

Wow, what a match this could turn out to be, this is a massive, massive game.

A win for Liverpool and the league is almost theirs, a loss, and the the league is City's. This is going to be a cracker.

City can withstand Liverpool's firepower, they have the players to do so. Liverpool will have to watch how they pour forward because City can make them pay.

Both managers will be cautious in this game, a lot is at stake, any unnecessary risk or mistake could be costly.

Prediction: 1-1

Swansea v Chelsea [Sunday]

Swansea have picked up a little form of late. They are not entirely safe yet. So they need something from this game, especially their home games.

Chelsea will be hoping for a draw between Liverpool and City so that they can capitalise on that by beating Swansea.

This is going to be a tight game, Chelsea may be jaded a bit after playing in the champions league.

Prediction: 1-2
