Premier League Predictions - Week 5

 QPR v Stoke (Saturday)

QPR were poor against Man U in their last game. They have lost 4-0 twice already this season. But Redknapp is not under pressure i wonder why. But Alan Pardew is under serious pressure.

Stoke have been inconsistent so far this season, they lose when you expect them to win. I see them winning in this game.

Prediction: 1-2

Burnley v Sunderland (Saturday)

Burnley are yet to win a game, and the longer that continues the more difficult it gets. They have to start taking their chances because they won't be given too many chances in the premier league.

Sunderland will come into the game with no fear, they will surely be thinking they can win the game.

Prediction: 1-1

Newcastle v Hull (Saturday)

Alan Pardew and his players will be booed for sure in this game, i don't know why though.
The fans of Newcastle somehow thinks their club is as big as Arsenal, Chelsea or Man United, that is why they are expecting to win every game. It is strange, to be honest.

They have to support their manager and team if they want things to get better, if not, things won't improve.

Hull won't make things easy for them, they will be hoping to capitalise on the poisonous atmosphere around the stadium to win the game.

Prediction: 2-1

Swansea v Southampton (Saturday)

A game between two good sides. Both teams have started well in the league.
This game will be hard to call. But it will be an open entertaining game.

Prediction: 1-1

Aston Villa v Arsenal (Saturday)

Aston Villa won against Liverpool last weekend, they will want to beat Arsenal too.

They have done fairly well this season.

Arsenal were poor against Dortmund in the champions league. But i see them going all out in this game.
They will surely want to show people what they are capable of.

Prediction: 1-2

West Ham v Liverpool (Saturday)

West Ham have started playing pretty football. Just what the owners want. But against Liverpool that will expose them
They have to be cautious in this game if they want to get something from it.

Liverpool had a poor game last weekend, they would want to avoid another disaster this time around, because losing two games in a row will be disastrous.

Prediction: 1-2

Leicester v Man United (Sunday)

Leicester have been fantastic this season. They won't be fazed playing Man U because they have played some big teams already this season. They will believe they are capable of beating United.

Man United did well against QPR, but Leicester won't be as poor as QPR. This will be difficult for them.

Prediction: 1-1

Tottenham v West Brom (Sunday)

Tottenham haven't really done well this season. They can still get better though.

I don't expect West Brom to cause Spurs a lot of problem.  West Brom have  been poor this season, still searching for a win. I really don't see how they will get one against Spurs.

Prediction: 3-1

Everton v Crystal Palaca (Sunday)

Everton will be too strong for Palace at home, they are hard to beat at home.

Palace won't go all out against Everton, they will play cautiously and try to hit Everton on the break.

I think most will expect Everton to win this game, it is almost certain they will.

Prediction: 2-0

Man City v Chelsea (Sunday)

This is the game of the week without a doubt. Expect to see everything in this game.

Man City had a tough game against Bayern in the champions league, they will still be unhappy at the way they lost in the dying minutes.

Chelsea disappointed many after only drawing at home against Schalke. A game they were expected to win.

Man City as the home side will dominate possession in this game. I will be surprised to see Chelsea going out to attack. Mourinho won't really park the bus, but he won't attack hundred percent. They will try to hit City on the break, whether Costa plays or not Chelsea will be happy to let City have the ball.

This should be an entertaining game, it is hard to call, it is going to be tight.

Prediction: 1-1
