Premier League Predictions - Week 4

   Arsenal v Man City (Saturday)

This match will be different from what we saw during the community shield Arsenal won convincingly.

I still see Arsenal winning this though. Not by three goals, i must add.

Man City have a poor record against Arsenal in London. After losing to Stoke in their last game, i don't think they will go all out to win this game, they will be very cautious. They won't want to lose two games in a row.

Danny Welbeck will offer Arsenal pace upfront, something that will trouble defenders and something Arsenal has been lacking for a while. With Sanchez on one side, with Welbeck's pace upfront, City players will be cautious of going forward, especially their defenders. That will help Arsenal keep possession. Arsenal will see a lot of the ball and this why i expect them to win, but it is going to be very tight.

Prediction: 1-0

Crystal Palace v Burnley (Saturday)

Burnley surprised me a bit by getting a point against United in their last game. I still see them as the worst team in the premier league.

Palace had an entertaining game against Newcastle, their fans will be hoping for another entertaining game. I think they will just edge this.

Prediction: 2-1

Southampton v Newcastle (Saturday)

Southampton have been decent so far, and they will get better. They sold many players but equally brought in many too. The game against Newcastle is going to be tight. They are playing against a team that also brought in many players, most of those players are still bedding in.

Newcastle will be disappointed to have drawn to Palace late on, they will be hoping to win this game.

Prediction: 1-1

Stoke v Leicester  (Saturday)

Stoke got a great result against Man City, nobody expected that.  They will want to show their fans that they didn't beat City by fluke, they will be expecting to beat Leicester.

Leicester have had tough fixtures so far, and they keep getting tough. They were excellent against Arsenal. Stoke will be a different game though, i don't think they will get a point from the game.

Prediction: 2-1

Sunderland v Tottenham (Saturday)

Sunderland have not done badly so far, but they need to start winning. This is another opportunity to get three points against Spurs. They have to make the most of this home game.

Tottenham were completely poor against Liverpool in their last game, they never looked like scoring all game. The danger is that they failed to buy a striker. They will be hoping that Adebayor can start scoring soon.

Prediction: 1-1

West Brom v Everton (Saturday)

West Brom are yet to win a game this season, and i see that continuing. They have signed some good players but they need time to gel.

Everton have been leaking goals so far this season, i also see that continuing. I expect them to score, but i see them conceding too.

Prediction: 2-2

Chelsea v Swansea (Saturday)

Chelsea have really started well this season, their new players have been fantastic for them, especially Diego Costa.

This is a game between the only teams yet to lose or draw a game in the league so far. They have both won their games, but one or both teams will surely drop points in this game.

I expect Chelsea to win this game because they are playing at home, Swansea will make things tough for them, but Chelsea will still win in the end.

Prediction: 2-0

Liverpool v Aston Villa (Saturday)

Liverpool had a nice game against Spurs, their fans will expect them to beat Villa.

Daniel Sturridge won't play because he's injured, meaning Balotelli will play upfront, possibly on his own. He will have to do better in front of goal in this game though, because he missed some great chances against Spurs.

Aston Villa have also started well so far. They won't be fazed about going to Anfield. They have many fast palyers in their team, they will be hoping to hit Liverpool on the break.

This won't be an easy game for Liverpool, but at home in front of their fans, they will just edge it.

Prediction: 2-1

Man United v QPR  (Sunday)

Man United now have some fantastic forwards in thier team, Falcao will surely make them even more deadly.

The team and van Gaal  will be under more pressure to deliver now after the transfer market closed.

Man U still has  problems, their defence and midfield still has some problems, i still see them conceding many goals this season. They should have signed another defender or even two because Jones and Smalling are not reliable. They get injured too often.

QPR can get something from the game if they are tight and don't leave spaces for United to exploit. I like the fact they signed Sandro from Spurs, he will help them a lot. But their defence is still a problem, and against Falcao, Di Maria and RVP, you just can't see them keeping a clean sheet.

Prediction: 2-0

Hull v West Ham (Monday)

Hull are now out of Europe, they will be fully focused on the league now, i expected them to lose against Villa because of fatigue, they have to show their fans they are over that now.

West Ham have not done really well so far, they will be confident of getting something from this game.

Prediction:2-1
