A glamorous Chinese TV presenter was stabbed and thrown off bridge after thieves became angry she only had 50p in her purse.
They had been convinced that their famous victim would be much more wealthy after recognising her as a programme host.

Xia, 26, had been walking back to her home in Yongchuan district in
south-western China's Chongqing municipality when she was confronted by
two knife wielding men.
They demanded that she hand over all the cash she had in her handbag.
When they realised that she only had small change which equated to 50p on her they flew into a rage and stabbed her repeatedly.
They then thew her off the bridge in a bid to kill her.
Chen screamed as she was thrown to her death by alleged killers Chi Peng, 27, and Lee Shih, 24.
The sound alerted passers-by who called police.
Minutes later police fished her body out of the river.
Bao Lai added: 'She may well have still been alive when they pulled her out of the river, as she was apparently still bleeding.
