Premier League Predictions - Week 30

 Hull v Man City [Saturday]

Hull should be very fresh for this game, unlike City that went to Barcelona for their champions league game on Wednesday.

Hull should also be in a confident mood after qualifying for the semi final of the FA cup. They will approach this game with a lot of confidence.

Man City will be very tired after their game against Barcelona, and the fact that they lost the game won't help matters.

Mentally, i think City is shattered, they lost to Wigan and Barca. They are surely not in the best frame of mind going into this game. But I think they will still manage to win

Prediction: 1-2

Everton v Cardiff [Saturday]

Everton lost heavily to Arsenal in the FA cup, they are now looking to qualify for the Europa league.

They have to win this game, if not, the fans will start losing belief. They started the season well, but they have lost form a bit.

Cardiff got a vital win against Fulham in the league last weekend, they will be hoping to take something from this game.

Prediction: 2-0

Fulham v Newcastle [Saturday]

Fulham is currently playing like a team destined to go down. They are shocking at the moment.

This is a must win game for them, they must start winning games now if they still want to stay up.

Newcastle will be without their coach for seven games after headbutting  a player, his absence will be felt even though he will pick and train the team, but you still need your coach during games.

Prediction: 2-1

Southampton v Norwich [Saturday]

Southampton did well against Crystal palace last weekend, I see them doing well against Norwich too.

Norwich threw away two points against Stoke in their last game, they should have protected their lead against Stoke, but they never did.

They will have to fight to even get a point in this game, because it won't be easy for them.

Prediction: 2-1

Stoke v West Ham [Saturday]

Stoke is usually strong at home, they usually make things difficult for visiting teams.

West ham will find it tough at Stoke, it will be a tight game though

Prediction: 1-0

Sunderland v Crystal Palace [Saturday]

Sunderland actually thought they could win the Capital one cup, but they lost it to City.

Had they won it and  got relegated, they would still remain happy, but they lost to City.

To make matters worst, they also lost to Hull in the FA cup. They must now focus on avoiding relegation.

Crystal Palace will believe they can get something from this game. They are playing against fellow strugglers.

Prediction: 1-0

Swansea v West Brom [Saturday]

Swansea's new manager is really trying, ever since he took charge, they have been playing well.
This is a match they will expect to win, they are playing against a team that is seriously in danger of going down, Anything less than a win for Swansea will be seen as a disappointing result.

West Brom have been terrible for some time now, they must really start playing well if they want to remain in the premier league.

Prediction: 1-0

Aston Villa v Chelsea [Saturday]

Aston Villa is unpredictable at the moment, you don't know what to expect from them.

Chelsea has to win this game, they must keep winning if they want to win the league.

They are seven points clear at the top at  the moment, but they play Arsenal after this game, so they must win this game.

Prediction: 1-2

Man United v Liverpool [Sunday]

This is a massive game for both teams, a must win for United, Liverpool can afford to draw the game but United must win.

Liverpool also has title ambitions, but I believe they will gladly accept a draw. The top four is their major priority.

Man United cannot afford to lose this game, especially at home to a bitter rival, if they do, David Moyes will have to write another letter to the fans, asking for their patience and understanding because they will be absolutely livid.

Predictions: 1-1

 Tottenham v Arsenal [Sunday]

Tottenham was shocking against Chelsea last week, and they continued their shocking form by losing at home to Benfica in the Europa league. They are in disarray at the moment.

But in a derby, especially the North London derby, form hardly matters. I expect them to step up their game against Arsenal, the last thing they want is to be humiliated at home by a team [Arsenal] they hate the most.

Arsenal tried a lot against Bayern but it is extremely difficult to go to Bayern expecting to overturn a 2-0 defeat in the first leg. The draw they got was a decent result.

Tottenham  is playing poorly at the moment, this is the right time for Arsenal to play them. And this is a game Arsenal must win if they still believe they can win the league.

Prediction: 1-2
